I stewed some bony venison with onions and mushrooms in a mix of beer and sour cream. The venison is gone now but I have about two cups of the tasty, nutrient-rich, very liquidy sauce left. I really don't want to throw it out, but don't know what to do with it. Anyone have ideas?

Do you have any more game that you're planning on cooking? If not I'd make vegetable soup and add that to the stock! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

I'd pour it over some cooked grains, if you eat grains, that is.
