Are you on something for the depression?
Be sure and accept the help that's offered (I know I have a hard time with that, even with a history of depression).
Take care of you - hope everything looks more manageable in the morning. {{hugs}}

that sounds really overwhelming.

Are you taking good care of yourself nutritionally? Lots of Omegs-3s, green smoothies (you can look for recipes online and find very delicious ones and get a ton of nutrients in that can help you feel better) maybe a nutritive tea as well- nettle, alphalpha, oat straw, and comphrey leaf all are very mineralizing and good for during pregnancy. They might have some good answers for you in the health and healing section of MDC.

I can't relate completely, obviously, but I do vividly remember the stress of being pregnant while I still had a small, needy baby (7 months when I first got pregnant). I can only imagine how much more difficult it would be with other little ones. How stressful, mama.

Have you thought about seeing an ND--for the depression, but also just for your wellbeing and nutritional support while being pregnant and nursing. It might be therapeutic for you, if you can manage it financially (alot of NDs take insurance now, which is the only way I've ever been able to go...ever), to have someone taking care of YOU once every other week or whatever you can manage.

Anyway, that might be a totally unattainable suggestion, so forgive me if it is. I'll be thinking of you! Stay in touch!
