The "what are you taking thread" made me think...
How do you determin what you do and don't need? Example, I take:
-prenatal
-emergen-c now and then when i think of it
-fish oil
-CLO
-Vit D when I think of it

I occasionally think I should add calcium because, well, everyone else seems to take it. However, I eat a mad amount of dairy. Like, daily I have 1 c milk, at least one yogurt, 2-3 servings of cheese/cottage cheese and sometimes more. Also, I was veggie with pregnancy #1 and was anemic. I have eaten meat now for years, was not anemic with DD2 and so far no symptoms with this pregnancy. But I still consider grabbing Floradix each time I hit the store.

Just curious...what do you use to gauge your supplement needs?
