severe pain.... should i be worried?

It very well could be round ligament pain, but it is really severe and hasn't let up at all in the last hour. I cannot stand up straight, can barely walk.

It's on the left, between my hip bone and uterus. It hurts it feels a lot like when i have had ovarian cysts burst, but not quite the right spot. It also almost feels like really strong sharp gas/colon pains... but i've been going to the bathroom regularly for days and don't have any other feelings of having gas.
When i sit down it pretty much goes away.... so i'm thinking RL but seriously this is way worse than the usual RL pain i've had.

So, is this the type of pain that can ever be something serious? Should i be calling my midwife's pager? I don't even have transportation today so it's not like i can go anywhere unless i call an ambulance
What would you do?

Kidney Stones.

Call your midwife.

I had a similar event last time I was pregnant but it didn't let up by sitting. It turned out to be nothing, but you should call your hcp just in case.

Take a cab if you need to, but if you can't walk for over an hour, it is definitely worth being looked at. IME round ligiment pain is fairly transient.
