I want to make the cinnamon molasses cookies from Nourished Kitchen (tonight!!) but I don't have sprouted flour. Can I just use half the amount of regular flour?

(I know it wouldn't be TF but I am 40+ weeks pregnant and kinda have a craving. )

I usually substitute sprouted and unsprouted flours for each other in equal amounts.

Yes. You can substitute 1:1 either way.

She probably used sprouted flour in that recipe because there isn't a good way to soak the flour in that case.
