I hit the gym today
Did some lifting and abs. Also forced an hour of running on the treadmill, 7 miles. Weighed in after and it looks like I've lost a pound this week Of course I'll weigh in again tomorrow in case the scale was lying and my stomach was empty or something!

I really pumped the iron HARD core this past week-
it worked to rev my metabolism and I lost 3 lbs this week!!!!!!!

Maybe this is the start of something awesome!!!

May hit the gym today but will tomorrow for sure, and hope to run outside at least once this weekend. AF came so I have had a few sweets
I thought I was down a pound and a half or so, then weighed in again the next day or so and the same scale put me at even a heavier weight!! Who knows, maybe some AF bloating? What gives, work out, cut back a bit with food, and nothing!!! Guess it's all the muscle I'm building lol, now that I'm lifting weights more frequently again.

End of the month is almost here-
I think I lost a total of 4 lbs so far!!!
Now the trick is to keep it going in the downward direction!!!!

I started on the 7th at 190.5, and today I weighed in at 179.5. Down 11 lbs!

I've only lost an additional 1/2 pound (although, one day this week, I weighed in at a 3 pound loss, but I must have been dehydrated or something), but I've definitely gained more muscle this month, and my stomach has lost at least an inch, so I'm okay with the pound loss being lower than my goal.

We're completely snowed in (our city is not used to getting snow, so when it DOES fall, once or twice a year, the entire city has to shut down), so I won't get to the gym today, and most likely won't get there tomorrow either.

Once again I am late to the party! Can I join you gals?



In total I need to lose about 20 pounds. But by breaking it up into small chunks I think I can stick to it. My main hurdle is exercise,i never! Is there a dvd you all like? My goal is to lose this by September before I go to The Fire Academy.

On a side note: Have you seen PINK's body lately!
