Ugh! Diaper rash!

We went away for Christmas and used disposables and then when we got home DS had this awful rash, now it seems to be spreading. I have tried everything, I don't know what to do anymore!

We have never had a rash before and I change DS really frequently. It seemed to be getting worse with our cloth diapers so I put him in a sposie tonight and I am washing our diapers a ton to hopefully get anything off of them that might be irritating him.

Here's a pic of what it looks like. He has some more spots like this on his inner thighs and above his groin area.

Blow dry his diaper area after every change (or let him go dipe free for ten min if u can). the air really heals it. also use a bit of baby shapoo to cleanhim really well after using the wipes. and we use weleda diaper cream with calendula when it gets bad. i think the air is what does the most good tho.
