I lost my mucous plug a couple nights ago after a full day of random contractions and cramps, then had nothing the following day (yesterday). Last night dh and I dtd and I awoke this morning to cramping and very wet undies and found the beginning of bloody show! The cramping has since turned into contractions that are pretty painful and putting lots of pressure on my cervix and while in bed they were 9 min apart and once I got up changed to 5 minutes apart. Not sure how fast this labor is going to go so I sent my mom to get dh from work (both grilling me on whether or not this is really it since we've had a couple of hmmm no shows? lol this past week). Still having bloody show and lots of wetness, not sure if it's a slight water leak or what... we'll see.
Well we now have a beautiful little girl!!! I thought a boy in the beginning and half way through thought I may have been wrong with my guess but continued with my original guess... lol It took a bit to name her as we had settled on Joshua and well that's just not a girls name!

9-10 lbs (not sure exact weight as it was a little over 9 when dh weighed her and almost 10 when grandma weighed her)
14 in head, 21 in length
Born at 1:38 into daddy's hands with a little guidance from grandma.
It was a super intense labor that started at 6 AM with pushing contractions that began around 10 AM and WORE me OUT!
This was a UC and after a couple hours of those contractions I was begging dh to take me to the hospital for an epidural, I even had him look up the distance and call to ask how long before I would get one if I walked in....
