how are preservative free shots made ?

Are they truly preservavitive free ? If not then do they only say that because it supposedly doesn't contain thimersol but it contains all that other stuff ?

Does it have less side effects than the ones that have perservatives ?

There are certain shots that do not caintain preservatives. Live vaccines are preservative free. Some of the attenuated ones are preservative free too. Preservatives are added to multi dose vials of vaccines. Being preservative free does not mean that it has no harmful chemicals or other undesireable things in it. This is why it is important to read about each and every ingredient listed in an insert, including the chemicals used in the manufacturing process.

IMO I don't think preservative free = less side effects or potential for harm. If I had a gun to my head and had to vax for something but could choose a preservative free vaccine, I would of course do this.

Thanks Marnica. That's what i was telling mom that the perservative free may just mean it don't contain thimersol but could still contain squalene, formalhyde but she was like why would those doctors lie to me then ?

Somehow I do wonder if mom's leg issue , dan polymagia rhematic arthritis, mom's severe dementia that gets worse year after year are all due to those shots she and dan get . they get pnemonia shots every year ,they get a flu shot every year , they even got the h1n1 shot .

Mom still tries to get me and brendan to get the flu & h1n1 shot even though I stated there are some things that make me untrsting of them you know ?

She goes then that's your choice but still giving me information of that stuff and how it should be done for brendan sake so to me I don't think that is right or fair .

If I don't trust some flu shots for myself and don't get them so why does that make it seem okay I'm going to have something I don't trust put into brendan's body ?

If I ever get married and have another child I proably end up only selctively vax because I wish I didn't do many vaxes for my boy but he has never had a flu shot since he was 6 months old and that was the last time I had a flu shot too.

I ended up with an actual flu that was diagnosed just in april when I was much more sicker a year ago than I was with that flu bug.

Most doctors have no clue what ingredients are in any of the vaccines.....They may know if a vaccine contains thrimerosal or not, but beyond that they usually don't (at least in my experience)

Preservative free does not equal toxin free.

If you are Canadian the H1N1 shot contains squalene and a bunch of other chemicals. I do not trust that shot. I normally dont tell people not to vaccinate but I do tell people whats it that particular shot and how squalene is currently banned from American vaccines. I did check the Health Canada website and they are selling squalene as a "Natural" additive. What a load of BS.

Why does she get pneumonia shots every year? The only pneum shot for adults is Pneumovax 23 and it is not supposed to be given every year. Is she being used as a guinea pig? Is she in a home? Make sure they don't abuse her for medical cough pharma research. That doesn't sound right at all.

my sister got the squalene h1n1 shot (Pandemrix), she was super sick, one might say violently ill. She first in summer said how dangerous it is, but then her doctor (she's one too) friends convinced her how that's all a lie and the shot is perfectly fine and she took it cause she was scared of bringing h1n1 home. She didn't give it to her son (18 months). But, she was really, really sick from it. More than ever any other shot made her sick (we all had some reactions to MMR shots and DTP as kids)

No idea why she gets a pnemonia shot every year she is a senior and takes my stepfather to get one every single year too .

She lives at her own home with my stepfather so I know every year she's heading down to get them.

How can I stop the pestering of vaxes when I say I heard things of side effects which I don't trust when many of my family members supposedly have not had an obvios side effects even when one family member is actually allergic to one of the ingredients in many shots but doesn't have a side effect ?

All I hear is shots are to protect the community and side effects are rare to people who do not know then I try to share the basis of internet information they go you can't believe everything off the internet so I asked do you think CDC would lie about the list of their ingredients ?

Mom , Dan whose allergic to ingredients in the shots , my brother, my niece, my sil and other people around this apartment had the h1n1 shot with no side effects .

I know I lived through type A influenza in april but that was not as bad as a year before two days after my b-day boy we had throw ups and diherea now that time I felt like I was going to die . It made my thyroid levels go out of whack so not only that I had sick aches, fatiguish, severe irritability , tipsy because thyroid levels when they are high makes my balance be very dizzy and about to fall down.

Brendan had it before me but shorter and I had it longer than he did so it was pretty difficult to get a 3 yr old to understand mommy can't get up to play when he got better but now I think he might be able to comphrend it a bit more to help out me if i ever got sick again.

I sure do wish that there was a H1N1 antibiody test out there because it wouldn't suprise me if I had the h1n1 the year before I actually ended up with the type A flu
