please your help with co-sleeping...

Hello!

I'm in week 35...trying to find the right bed for my babygirl.

Our room is very tiny-- we can't have a bed wider then 40 inches.

I really want to try the co-sleeping because from what Iv'e read -it has many benefits.

I thought about the "original" http://www.armsreach.com/shop-3/the-...-liner-19.html

or the "Sleigh bed": http://www.armsreach.com/index.php?m...Path=cPath=3_8 (I like this one because it can be cleaned easily).

My questions:
Do you have experience with these beds?
For how long they will last? the company says- until 64 lb or when the baby pull itself (which I don't know what it means).
I don't want to buy something for 6 months..it's an expense to change like that.
Also- do you have any other creative ideas? do you sleep on the floor with a small mat attached??

Thanks so much!

We bought an arms reach mini cosleeper ( I think that is what it is called- smaller than the full size cosleeper). My DD is 6 mos old and she has never slept in it for more than an hour per night. She will not sleep in it because she cannot feel my DH and I. We ended up putting blankets etc under the mattress to make it flush with the bed, but DD sleeps between DH and I. It just gives me a little extra sprawling room- iykwim. I am not thrilled with it and wouldn't buy one again, but it does give us a little wiggle room. Good Luck!
