Supplement/Vitamin to help strengthen bag of waters?

Hello all! I was wondering if anyone knows of any vitamins or supplements that are specifically known to help strengthen your membranes/bag of waters? I'm almost 36 weeks, so I realize it's a little late in the game to be asking this, but I'd very much like to try to avoid the stupid "pinprick break" of my previous pregnancy that started a ridiculous "cascade of interventions".

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Warmly,

a good solid probiotic
GSE drops everyday
Vitamin C.

These all keep away bad bacteria and strengthen your immune which is often the problem when waters break early.

take with food and earlier in the day to avoid any reflux.
Tricia

p.s...oh right this is just my opinion no one is telling you anything is 100%

Vit C and Zinc. Those Emergen-C packets are great and what my MW recommended to me. My bag was intact with DS till I had been pushing for 2 hours (long, long labor and birht overall) then exploded everywhere. No such thing as slow leak here!

During my pregnancy with DS, our Bradley class instructor told us that deodorants/anti-perspirants containing aluminum weaken the sac. I know my water didn't break until I was pushing, so she might be correct.
