1/4 - 15 mins walking, 53 mins running, 15 mins weights & stretching
1/6 - 20 mins bike. 35 mins elliptical, 10 mins weights & abs
1/8 - 22 mins bike, 35 mins elliptical, 8 mins abs & stretching
1/9 - Awesome 60 mins cardiokickboxing
1/11 - 20 mins walk, 50 mins run
1/12 - 60 mins cardiokickboxing
1/14 - 20 mins bike, 35 mins elliptical, 21 mins weights & abs
1/15 - 13 mins walk, 54 mins run, 5 mins abs & stretch
1/16 - 60 mins cardiokickboxing
1/18 - 20 mins bike, 35 mins elliptical, 8 mins abs & stretch
1/19 - 100 mins downhill skiing - again on the slopes for 5+ hours, but chairlift time doesn't count. Counting extra for picking up DS2 out of twisted positions half buried in snow more than a dozen times!
