1/1 - 25 min 30 Day Shred (did a little core after the 20 min)
1/2 - 120 min run, 10 min walk
1/3 - 52 min run, 8 min walk, 25 min 30 Day Shred and core
1/4 - 10 min elliptical, 30 min PT exercises, 20 min Shred, 5 min core
1/5 - 47 min run, 5 min walk, 5 min core
1/6 - 10 min elliptical, 35 min PT exercises, 5 min core
1/7 - 36 min run, 10 min walk, 5 min core
1/8 - 5 min core (better than nothing)
1/9 - 45 min run, 10 min walk, 20 min Shred, 20 min yoga abs
1/10 - 125 min run, 15 min walk
1/11 - 10 min elliptical, 35 min PT exercises

I'm trying for some type of exercise everyday. My long runs do make the numbers go up quick though.
