Jan. 2: 1h walk with the whole family, including stairways up to a temple
Jan. 4: 1h Body Pump in the gym (and today I feel a little sore in my hamstring area! )
Jan. 5: 1 1/2h walk back home to enjoy the nice, clear weather
Jan. 6: 70 minutes class (kickboxing) and stepper in the gym
Jan. 8: 60 minutes class (Body Step)

... makes 340 minutes so far.

1/2 - 60 mins downhill skiing (I was on the slopes for a few hours, but am counting only the real exercise)
1/4 - 15 mins walking, 53 mins running, 15 mins weights & stretching
1/6 - 20 mins bike. 35 mins elliptical, 10 mins weights & abs
1/8 - 22 mins bike, 35 mins elliptical, 8 mins abs & stretching
1/9 - Awesome 60 mins cardiokickboxing

Thank you I'm trying for some type of exercise everyday. My long runs do make the numbers go up quick though.
