I could just do it in Word, and I will if i don't find anything cute.

I have this site:

http://www.stickersandcharts.com/

for sticker and charts -- but i was hoping to find something LIKE it where i could print either out daily to do list or or daily schdule / rotuine for Theo to follow along and cross off and "see".

I can do it in word, i jsut there might be a fun sight out there.

Chart Jungle has a ton of stuff... I think I got it from FlyLady ages ago, though I never got around to really using it. They do send out a lot of reminders about it after you sign up, though.

For little ones, I like using a schedule pocket chart with cards (with pictures and/or words on them). You can set up the schedule in the morning and then take out the cards as you finish each activity. Sometimes I've just put the cards away as we take them out, and sometimes I've put a "finished" pocket on the wall under the chart so the kids can put the cards in as we finish activities.

One advantage of this over a schedule printed out to cross out is you don't have to print it out on a daily basis. Plus, if you want to switch something around during the day, or if something needs to be added later, you can do it easily and show the kids just what you're doing. (I remember when I was teaching, there was a little boy who was totally obsessing over the jell-o we made in cooking. I took him to the schedule chart and put an "Eat Jell-O" card in the spot where we'd be eating it, and he was finally able to relax and do other activities until then.)
