That's tough! Are we talking WHATEVER we want..like restaurant style?

Breakfast: chamomile tea, a grapefruit, soy yogurt w granola/almonds/berries

Lunch: All you can eat veggie sushi and green tea

Dinner: Either:
Tom Yum Noodle soup from this amazing thai place that doesnt use fish sauce and cold spring rolls with a ton of thai basil. Green curry and pineapple cashew rice OR

The curry meal for two at our fave curry place which is
-channa masala curry
-potato cauliflower curry
-eggplant curry
-rice
-samosas
-pakoras
-onion baji
-naan
All for 20 bucks...not to mention its enough for a whole other meal

I almost always have the same breakfast: oatmeal with berries, ground flaxseed, cinnamon and soymilk.

Lunch: lentil soup, hearty salad with vinaigrette, and fresh fruit

not sure about dinner

Cool thread!

For breakfast: it would have to be the tofu scramble/homefries/toast and hummus plate at my favorite local restaurant.

For lunch: garlic hummus, avocado slices, and sprouts stuffed into a pita pocket

...and for dinner... this stuff is heaven on a plate

That's hard.. I like a variety.

However, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Indian food, so I would probably choose Indian for lunch and dinner, and vegan french toast for breakfast

yeah its great...they never charge us for drinks or for ds who usually has an all day breakfast(they pay the bills by being a diner mostly)

WE had them make food for our wedding(we did pot luck but we did curry) and they made 3 types of curry 2 huge rices, samosas, pakoras, onion baji. Enough to feed 100 for $250. We were eating curry for a week after they made so much food

Hmm! I know it depends on the season -- in the colder months I lean so much toward comfort foods!

Breakfast - banana blueberry waffles with syrup and earth balance.
Lunch - Black bean soup with some crusty bread..and maybe a good romaine salad with kalamata olives and sesame/asian dressing.
Dinner - Bryanna's thanksgiving seitan with gravy and mashed potatoes, and garlic roasted asparagus.

Yum! I love food discussions!!!

Breakfast: Home-baked bread toasted with mashed avocado on top.

Lunch: It's been awhile since I've eaten there, but the avocado sandwich at Alfalfa's in Lexington with hummus and sprouts was soooo good. And homemade fries on the side.

Dinner: Definitely Indian buffet. I am craving pakoras and naan!! Or an avocado roll somewhere...
