MDC wants me to install software??

Each time I come to MDC, there is a thin, yellow bar across the top of the site that says something like "This website wants to run the Microsoft software MSXML 3.0 SP10. Do you want to install (or, run) this software?"

There is a small "x" to close the bar (which I do). So, even though I have my pop-up blocker set to block any, this one still comes through.

I don't get this type of message from any other websites I click on, so why on MDC??

Hello!

That is just a Service Pack from Microsoft. I would just get it from the microsoft support website and check for any updates. I don't tend to download what websites tell me to. There might be a security issue if you are missing an update.
