Wii Fit Users - Page 2

when we play more than two at a time, it's nice to have the 4 remotes. We have 2 with the motion plus. one of the motion plus pieces came with the Sports Resort game, which is our favorite at the moment. so here's what we have:

4 remotes
2 motion plus attachments
2 nunchucks
1 recharge station (came with 4 rechargeables)

I imagine we may end up getting two more motion plus bottoms since it's easier than having to share. Amazon has great prices, and sometimes you can find % off accessories at stores.

If you buy the sports resort game, it comes with a motion plus attachment.
If you buy "wii play" it comes with a remote.

I saw somewhere about borrowing or renting wii games? do libraries have wii games? or blockbuster? I wonder how the cheaper games are (some of the walmart ads show 2 for $25 or 2 for $30...)

Blockbuster rents Wii games. About $4-5 for a few nights, so not cheap, but better than shelling out $50 for a game and learning that you don't like it. I'm SO glad that I rented Mario Galaxy before buying because I found it miserable to play and saved all the money over buying!

I wish there were balance board games focused on kids - like the "add to 10 game" on Wii Fit but with a longer time to do it. And of course skipping the BMI goals.

I got the Wii Active sort of on a whim - I'd been thinking about it & then it was a "deal of the day" on Amazon for $40. I like it, but my legs are so sore!

I debated getting the Wii Fit, but it was so much more expensive & reviews I read said the Active gives you more of a workout.

I have had EA active, wii fit and wii fit plus for awhile now, but have only really played wii fit. I just tried EA active this morning after reading this thread. I did the low impact workout, and it seemed like a pretty good workout. My only problem was that the leg strap kept sliding off. Did anyone else have this problem?
