s/o siblings sharing a bed how old is too old?

My oldest two children are 9 and 6 son and daughter, respectively. They are honestly the closest siblings I have ever seen. Truly best friends. They always start out in their own beds in their own rooms at night. I would say that four nights out of five one of them ends up in with the other. I let them do it on weekends, but I don't think this should be an every night thing. I think I might feel differently if they weren't in twin beds but who knows. Is this a normal thing? Is there a "too old" age for boy girl siblings?

I think it's cultural; my Indian neighbors cosleep both their kids, a six year old girl and a 9 yo boy.

as long as there are not 'other issues' going on with one or both of them.

I say if they are doing it themselves then it's fine. They'll stop themselves when they start getting self conscience about it. personally as long as it's working for them and everyones getting enough sleep i don't see an issue.

I think if they are both comfortable with it, then there's no reason they should stop.

My 8.5 yo DD and 6.5 yo DS sometimes share a bed. More often than not, DD sleeps on the top bunk of DS's bunkbed, but other nights, they both sleep on the bottom (full size) or in DD's bed in her room (also a full). It's never occurred to me that they are too old for it. They have their own rooms/beds, so they always have a choice as to where they want to sleep.
