If you were already nursing 2 when you had the 3rd, how quickly did your milk come in? I'll be nursing 3 when this new baby is born (4 year old, almost 2 year old, and the baby). With DD1 my milk came in at about 48 hours, and with DD2 (tandem nursing) I'm pretty sure it was within 24 hours. I wonder what I should expect this time...?
