I have never gotten AF back post-partum. I have not had a period since June of 2007(before I got pregnant). I weaned my son a few weeks ago and still no AF. For the past few months I feel like I have constant PMS, cramps, etc. I would love to do/take something to bring it on and get it over with. My OBGYN will prescribe some sort of hormone that will bring it within a few days. I really don't want to go that route. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
