(with DD it took 2.5 years and 1 miscarriage)

* Baby's Gender (hopes or guesses): DH wants another girl, I would love either, but I think it is a boy
* Names you like (& are willing to share): Liam
* Birth Plans/Preferences: My first homebirth!!! I am so excited.

* Anything else you'd like to share: I was not thinking that I would get pregnant so soon since it took so long with DD, I am still in shock (excited), but I am still wondering if DD is too young.

We are still nursing, but my milk supply has already tanked, any suggestions on keeping up the relationship???

Family (partner, other children, and/or furbabies): Husband Kevin, 2 kitties
Baby's Gender (hopes or guesses): Healthy .. Hoping to end up with a mixture. If I had to choose, I'd choose a boy to start.
Names you like (& are willing to share): Boy: Collin Thomas; Girl: Reese Ann
Birth Plans/Preferences: Hospital just around the corner, but we would rather go to one about 10 minutes away where my OBGYN's office is.

I had a typo - actually it's 22nd... Is that still ok?? I had a + opk which gave me an edd of 9.1, but my midwife feels otherwise! so i changed it for now until my 1st u/s.

were you charting other than the opk? sure is hard when you done have regular cycles, im sure after a early u/s you with both know way more. and you can stay here no matter what!

I have HORRIBLY irregular cycles. They vary from 26 days to 59 days and my O date is VERY odd, I never have a "typical" luteal phase either. Sometimes it's only 9-10 days, sometimes up to 25. I charted the 1st part of the month, but my daughter came down with her 1st ear infection and was up every 1/2 hour or so, so it was IMPOSSIBLE to get correct temperatures. I get this EDD by my LMP and an "average" 28 day cycle, so I have no doubt it will change slightly

Wow, 25 days? Do you get luteal cysts a lot? I've never heard of such a long luteal phase unless it was a luteal cyst or pregnancy. That's insane and must be really frustrating for you!

It's VERY frustrating. Before having my daughter, my cycles were 28 days, 14 day LP - DEAD ON every month. After having her, they've gone nuts!! Thankfully the SUPER long one's have only been twice though. The most typical range is 38-42 days on "average".

* Anything else you'd like to share: Had 2 previous miscarriages this year - 7/13/09 & 10/16/09. Very cautious about this pregnancy but hoping & praying everything will be okay. So far, beta HCG is 128.4 & progesterone is 50.5.
