Moisturizer Help

Thread Starter
For some reason this year my skin has become incredibly dry. It is cold here and I do spend a fair bit of time outdoors, but it seems worse than it has in the past. So I really need both a good facial moisturizer and a good body one. I prefer something without all kinds of weird stuff in it, but I really need it to work without feeling super greasy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

TIA

Since you're in Canada I'd recommend you the place where I buy most of my skin care products, all handmade, organic/wildcrafted and of the best quality, Solace Organic Spa.
I visited the beautiful Salt Spring Island while touring BC on my honeymoon a few years ago. I bought a few products just to give them a try and fell in love with them so I keep getting them ever since via mail order. You might want to try the Rose Geranium Facial Cream, it is my absolute favourite, I use it every single night!
The site is being updated at the moment but you can email Julie if you want more info, she's very sweet and always quick to respond!

I love unrefined coconut oil for face and body. It only feels greasy for a little while.

I use jojoba oil on my face and neck, and apply it after I get out of the shower while my face is still wet. It's not super greasy if you only use a few drops.

I recently bought coconut oil and have used it on my legs mostly, so the jury is still out on it. It feels somewhat greasier than jojoba to me on my face. Smells yummy, though!

I've also heard of emu oil being good for the face but haven't tried it yet.
