SLS is one of DS's triggers. SLS, like many detergents, is petroleum based. For DS we have to avoid all petroleum based skin care products.

Aveeno also really helped DD's excema. Her excema is caused by an allergy to Red Dye. It's utterly ridiculous the numbers of things they needlessly add red dye to!

Good luck, it's so hard to see them itching and itching

We also use the weleda calendula line, along with olive oil soap, when soap is called for. Our ND put dd on fish oil, although, oddly, that seemed to cause things to flare even more so we switched back to flax oil. We also use colloidal silver topically once or twice a day. An elimination diet is in the near future for us too. Ugh.

I use dye free laundry det. & Dove for sensitive skin on my DD. Her skin seems worse in the winter when its dry, so I use the powdered oatmeal stuff in her bath, its by Aveno. Her skin is more sensitive to surroundings than diet, but certain brands of milk will cause a flair up.
Good luck finding your solution

Have you tried handmade soaps? I make goat milk soaps for local farmers markets and such and I have many many customers who swear by it for their ezema. Many store bought soaps aren't soap at all, they are detergents and some people react badly to them. Natural soaps have helped many people. Make sure they aren't the pretty glicerin or melt and pour soap because most of those contain petrolium products.

Eczema Natural Remedy

Seeing our little baby struggling with eczema you don’t need me to tell you how painful it is. For the baby often does not know who to go for help or where to turn. It can be real hard on the parents and also a tough time for the little one. You may actually be able to help the baby if you find yourself in this situation.

At least you sould bathe baby regularly suggested that baby should be bathed twice if at all possible at least once per day. The wrong fabric can make things worse in any circumstance just like with an adult Eczema sufferer. If you were a baby and swaddled head to in fabric for most of the day, imagine how it would feel and yet were unable to tell how bad it made you feel.

It is better to have eczema natural remedy than the chemical. Hope this tips can help you.

It seems that no one thing works for everyone's excema. Bad air, harsh cleaning agents and fake fragrances exacerbate's her excema.

For my dd, supplemented fish oil and raw shea butter did wonders.
