I am looking for ideas for both a marriage counselor and a regular counselor/psychologist in the Triangle area who are AP-friendly. Thanks!

Kristin Paulig in Durham is wonderful. I worked with her professionally before I was a mom and have consulted with her as a client since.

Do you have a specific religious stance? I know of a marriage counseling network with certified counselors that counsel for free. They are faith based. I can PM you the information. They will counsel you regarding your marriage and most are great to work with whatever parenting style you chose. Let me know if your interested.
