Lump that seems to go after nursing...

Hey,

I'm not sure where to post this...

I generally have a lump in my left breast above my nipple that goes away after nursing. A year ago I had a blocked duct there that was very painful and I worked very hard to unplug it. Since then I haven't worried about this lump coming and going since it always seems to go. Now I feel like even when the lump is gone, the area is a little but thicker than other areas of the breast. So now I am worrying that it is cancer and I have waited an entire year to worry about it.

Does anybody else have a lump like this? A lump that comes and goes depending on how full your breasts are? I should probably add that I also have a "milk bleb" on the tip of the left nipple. Of course I have just started to wonder if they are connected. Help me please, if you can. I have my annual pap appointment in 12 days so I will get it all checked out but I am sort of freaking out in the meantime.

Thanks!
