I have 28 projects in Ravelry, and only eight of them were for me - everything else was for DH, DS, a gift for someone else or an item to sell. There are so many projects in my favourites that I want to make for ME, but I just never get around to it - it's always seems so much more motivating to make things for someone else. I started some simple wristwarmers for myself in August and they're still not completed, gah!
I really want a hat though, so I've committed to making this one for myself: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr...nky-slouch-cap Should be quick enough to make so that I don't get sidetracked by another project
Do any of you make things for yourselves? Do we need to start a support group?

. So far I have done 2 hats and I am half way through with a pair of gloves. I have one more hat planned now b/c my sister gifted me some Baby Grande Alpaca and I can't stop touching it so therefore I'm going to HAVE to knit it! I will probably cut my month a bit short so that I can start working on dd's birthday present (a basket of knit fruits and veggies) and my sister birthday present (star crossed slouchy beret) which both are needed by mid february.
