I made this tonight... no powder but I used veggie stock to simmer down the veggies and I added some rosemary, thyme, garlic powder.... I also just used a bag of frozen veggies in place of the frozen corn/peas - it's all good!
I'm not the hugest pot pie fan but this was good and I'll make it again when it's cold and I need some lead in me belly

Oh I made the crust out of brown rice flour and, as usual, it isn't a real crust, but it worked well enough to do it the same way next time.
