Hi, I'm about 8-9 weeks pregnant and still nursing my almost 18 month old.

Any have info on what tea/herbs are advised or not advised?

I've heard fenugeek isn't good for early pregnancy and that's it most nursing teas. I almost bought some organic "pregnancy tea" today but it of course had RRL which I thought was for later in pregnancy.

Anything safe for right now? I love RRL and can't wait to drink it again.
I really nauseous and herbal tea would make me feel better.

Thanks for your advice!

ETA - any links are appreciated, I tried to do a search but I wasn't too successful...

no real help here - do you have a good herb store by you? the one by me has a "mama to be tea" that is awesome and all safe. are you looking for herbs to help with your milk supply? from what i have read the herbs don't help at this stage of the game to keep your milk. but i am 27 weeks pregnant and still making lots of milk and nursing my almost three year old! my nipples hurt for the first 18 weeks, but all is much better now (though her latch seems to have take a turn for the worse. and the twiddling. yikes!!!)

I'm kind of new to this area, but I think there is a health food type store (not a GNC store, more organic food type). I'll check it out. I wouldn't mind something to help with supply (yes the twiddling is horrid and the pain is at times teeth clenching). But I just miss my RRL tea... I guess I need to wait 5 more weeks or so before starting that?
