Agreed... I will NOT swish... blech! But I never needed a sprayer. I used fleece liners and found that most fell off with no problem. I did, however, get some of the biodegradable/flushable liners as well, particularly for times when DD wasn't feeling well and the consistency was such that it didn't roll off as easily.
I did want to point out that depending on the brand, many of the flushable/disposie liners can even be washed once or twice and reused! I'd wash them with the diapers and then lay them flat to dry and they were good to go, so I felt they were a worthy investment.
