My 18 month old came down with an abrupt fever saturday evening. This was preceded by a red flush to the cheeks. He had a sore throat and only wanted to nurse the following day(no food appetite), fatigued, post nasal drip, etc..Fever broke by Monday morning.
Clustered rash looking like mosquito bites on left thigh/butt check erupted on monday. the red flush to his face turned to faint pin head red pimples. Facial pimples come and go throughout the day in color.
My initial thought was the flu with the symptoms so we treated with occicilo-only 1.5 doses on sunday.
Monday rash appeared. Thinking maybe spider bite reaction? Treated with apis homepath today 4 tabs so far.
Have been covering with green clay and swabbing with witch hazel.
Alternating between green clay and one drop lavender essential oil, calendula oil and witch hazel today (wednesday)
Warm baths throughout-seem to flush his skin and notice some more red pin head pimples on torso and other leg.
Any ideas? i have a photo if you'd like to see the cluster rash
