My daughter is normally really quiet and very well behaved for most kids her age. Everyone makes it a point to tell me that.
I am due in 3 months with a new baby and we are also moving...I know this has to be hard and stressful on her, but she is really acting out.
Screaming, fake crying, whining, fighting, hitting, mocking me, hurting the pets, breaking stuff, and doing things she knows she shouldn't: example: she threw her juice everywhere last night at dinner...
I am a single mom who works practically full time and is trying to deal with all the extra stuff like a new baby and moving.
I moved a lot of her stuff ahead of time so it would be all set up in the new house when we got there...I try talking to her and explaining things. I ask her to use big girl words to get what she wants. I have tried everything....She is not neglected by any means and I am making sure to include her in packing/organizing/cleaning/preparing for a new baby. I talk to her about what we are doing and explain things.
I am really REALLY trying to remain patient and cool/calm....but I am losing it. I just want to cry. Her behavior is so out of control right now. We went to visit a friend and she was jumping all over her furniture and hitting her dogs
She is also just peeing...not even an attempt to get to the bathroom. Just stands there and pees...I ask why she did it(she has been potty trained since before she was 2) and she sys in a funny/stupid voice "sorry...hahahahaha...NOT". It breaks my heart to see her like this and I want my sweet little girl back who doesn't pee everywhere, throw tantrums, and say mean things.
Suggestions? I want to make this easier on her and I am trying, but failing.
