I'm wondering why I never see microfleece sewn into prefolds! My kids in the past have always had very sensitive skin. We've used pockets with microfleece or KL0's with a microfleece insert that I threw in to avoid rashes. For new baby due in April I bought Indian prefolds from Cotton Babies. And I've washed 4 times to prime them.

Any reason not to sew microfleece on one side of the diaper? Do they have more shrinkage left after being washed four times? I'm just wondering what might be wrong with doing this since I've never seen it done! And if you think this is a good idea then maybe some sewing ideas on how to do it the easiest as well. I'm not a very experienced seamstress! Thanks!
