My doula said that because my labour progressed so slowly like that, it gave my body plenty of time to keep up with endorphin production. Still, I think the pushing phase could have gone more smoothly if I wasn't on my third night without sleep.

I could have written this myself. Slow, long labor which was never that bad, difficult pushing, tired, tired mama.
