Hi Everyone,
My name is Lisa, I'm mom to two boys 4 & 1. My 1 yo has spina bifida occulta with a lipomeningocele and a tethered cord. We were unaware of any problems until his newborn exam. He has now had two mris and several dr appointments to follow the nerve damage that is affecting his feet. Sometime in the near future he will be having a detethering surgery to try to prevent further damage.
