I should be giving my 3 year old about 30,000IU for a week because she has/had croup and then after that 5000.

What about my 14 month old? How much is the max I should be giving her? She's right about 20 pounds...........

Just wondering if anyone has any info on how much is safe to give a younger toddler. It seems like they are re-evaluating what is safe all the time........

2,000 IUs a day maintenance. 5,000 IUs a day for 3 days at the first sign of cold/flu.

Those were Dr Eisenstein's older recommendations (summer 09). He's been a little more aggressive with his dosages since the 2nd wave of H1N1.
