Is buying the upgrade worth it?

My ds hounded me about the upgrade until I finally gave in and bought it. (There is a coupon code out there for $10 off if you Google it).

He likes it, but I honestly don't know if it was "worth" it. He doesn't like the trolls on the basic version, so the new version got him away from them. (He now has a choice of robots or dragons also.)

I was really hoping he'd LOVE it and want to play it all the time, but of course right after I paid for the upgrade, he kind of lost interest. I'm not really sure why. Murphy's Law, I guess.

We bought the full version originally, and my son enjoyed it. The problem is that you only get two new "environments" with the upgraded version, and that gets boring rather quickly. The website indicates that they are developing new levels, and that you will be able to get those when they come out if you have already purchased the upgraded version. Until that happens, I don't think it's such a great deal - difinitely better than only one environment, but not what I expected for the price.
