see, the spongebob part wouldn't bother me so much (really, at 2 weeks, baby probably can't see/focus that far) but of course if they think a brand new baby is enjoying TV, chances are they will continue to put baby in front of it.
The bottle propping just sounds super dangerous (besides the lack of bonding during feeding). I guess, one would assume the parents are still right there in the room so they would be aware of choking - but it still seems like such a risk.
