Pan's Labyrinth was awesome! The only other one I can think of right now is Children of Men. Enjoyed that one, though it made be bawl for like an hour! (was preggie at the time)

Er... except for the scenes set in a sex shop, the stripping scene and several none-too-subtle sex scenes?

It's a good film, but it's not clean.

Also, Pan's Labyrinth is awesome, but if you're the type who gets nervy while pregnant about angsty pregnancy/childbirth stuff, I'd give it a miss. It has some graphic and disturbing moments, both fantasy and real-world. GREAT film though.

Chances are high you've seen some of these, but I like:
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
K-Pax
What's Eating Gilbert Grape
Firefly (the TV show)
Dr Horrible's Sing-Along Blog (web drama, now on DVD; it's not a blog)
The Reduced Shakespeare Company (filmed live performance - hilarious!)
Black Books (short British TV show)
Pieces of April (adorable little film, only 80 minutes, with a great performance by Patricia Clarkson and the best ending ever)
Up (Pixar film, but NOT just for kids - tearjerker though)

If you're in the latter stages of pregnancy and want to try the "laugh so hard your water breaks" method of inducing labour, I recommend "Shaun of the Dead" and "Hot Fuzz". Both British, starring the same 2 guys. Hilarious. Hot Fuzz especially.

Watched the Painted Veil the other day - cried like a baby, loved it.

Good point, sorry about that, I tend to forget how young my dd is. Sex stuff is easier with a kid who doesn't even know yet that babies could come from somewhere.
