First, diaper pails:
How small is too small? Am I dreaming to think I could fit something under our bathroom sink? I was thinking about splitting the dipes up into soiled and wet pails for laundering purposes (per advice on another post), so I'd like two small cans that could fit under the sink. Say I'm washing about every other day to every two days, how much space do I need to store the dirties til wash time?
Talk to me about the stink factor. Is this just a myth? Will small flip-lidded garbage pails do the trick, or do I need something that is super-sealed? If the poo is pre-rinsed out, is there going to be a stink issue? If so, how to treat, just baking soda or what's your trick?
Are pail liners necessary? What liner do you recommend? I am looking for materials on the cheap side, here. Would trash/recycled grocery bags be okay or just rinse the pail out from time to time?
Now sprayers:
Basically, what sprayer do you use, have you tried others?
Is there such a thing as too cheap of a sprayer? Or is the bumgenius one the only one that really works?
I am looking at the cheapest ones available on Amazon and other diapering sites.
Are they really that easy to hook up to the toilet? Are there leak/pressure issues? Do your kids use them to spray the whole bathroom?
Is buying a sprayer really worth the money or is it kind of a nice-to-have but not necessary item?
TIA you wonderful knowledgeable cloth diaper ladies!
