For two days now, I've can't keep any food down, have horrible bad stomach cramps, and have diarrhea about once an hour. I feel so weak and tired. Everything is sore. I don't want to eat because I know that an hour later I am just going to vomit it up.
I'm not sure what it is I have. Food poisoning maybe?
I've tried eating crackers, bananas, and couscous. My hubby is on his way to get me some chicken soup. Any advice on what I should be eating that is easy to digest?
Also, I am still nursing my 17 month old. I am worried that I am going to get so severely dehydrated because I can't keep anything down. How long does it take to get dehydrated? I feel like a bad mommy because I don't have the energy to take care of her like I usually do. Aaaah, I'm going to cry....
Last but not least, I was told that taking internal aloe vera will help my stomach. Any thoughts on this?
TIA! Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Try freezing some ginger ale or gatorade or similar, crushing it up, and sucking on small bits of "ice" chips. The goal is getting some liquid in you w/out losing it. If you get seriously dehydrated some time on an IV will do wonders.
