I've been taking Trader Joe's one-a-day prenatals and odorless omegas for a while now (I kept taking a prenatal because I've been nursing), but I took a different one while I was actually pregnant last time. I can't remember what it was called, but it was a food based 6 vitamins and a fish pill, split between two doses a day. I think it cost about $30/month.
My neighbor is a naturopathic doctor and feels that the TJs are not good quality and wants me to upgrade to "Innate Response" which have different formulations for different trimesters.
I'm curious both if you take the Innate Response, or what other brands might be favorites among the supplement conscious crowd.
Thanks!
