Natural alternative to valium?

Is there some sort of natural alternative to doggy valium that is safe and effective? I haven't heard of anything but thought maybe someone here would know.

i have found something called "happy traveler" at my local grocery store. it's from a company called Ark Naturals. The capsules contain: valerian, german chamomile, l-tryptophan & st john's wort.

What is he actually on? You say doggy valium....valium is valium....or do you mean some other sedative?

Rescue Remedy? DAP diffuser? Sort of depends on what you need it for I guess.
