Neon pee

i have been taking a b-complex capsule (when i remember to) per instructions on the bottle. a couple hours later, my pee is almost neon yellow! why is this happening? hopefully my body is absorbing the vitamins.

It's the vitamins--particularly the riboflavin. No body absorbs all of the b vitamin supplement. You take what you need and pee out the extra. But in this case you're just seeing the effects of the riboflavin--neon pee! No worries--really.

Yes, it's normal.

I remember when I was taking B complex vitamins and I pumped milk, it looked like radioactive breastmilk. LOL.

thank you for the responses! i was a bit unsure if this might have been caused due to low stomach acid. good to know that it's normal.
