Lose 5 lbs by Valentine's Day! - Page 7

I keep going between 163 and 165. Way annoying. I really don't think I could loose 5 in one week. (this morning the scale was 165) I just need to focus that I did meet the original goal that I made when I joined this thread.

congrats!!!

I was back down again (163) after being up at 165. But like another poster said "I don't really count it until it has been a few days"

I was feeling sick today and had planned on working out but hubby talked me into taking it easy so I don't get over tired AND sick. I have a busy week ahead.
Tomorrow I head to the Y and hopefully I will feel well enough to get in a work out.

Yahoo, the scale not only stayed below 165 it went down to 161. I will count the 163 but will wait to tract the weight as 161 on Sparks people until it is totally gone for good.

I am so done with this roller coaster. I am sick of the up, down, up, down. I am just STUCK between 160 and 165. I am jumping all overt the place between those 2 numbers.

I need to stop thinking of the scale and just weight myself once a week not once a day.

Valentines day check in!

I lost about 5 pounds, total. I lost them all at the beginning, lol, but they have stayed off.

I am going to try for 10 pounds by April 1st - and DH is going to join me

I hope the weather starts to perk up soon - as it always motivates me. I did take a Vit D today - and will for the next little while (until the sun returns). i think it affects my mood and thus my motivation.

i've lost a couple of pouds. it fluctuated for a while, but it's consistently been a couple of pounds. i'm happy though. i'm working out and can tell a difference in my body, so i'm trying to focus on that aspect much more-so than my actual weight. i don't really care what i weigh, as much as i'm concerned with how my clothes actually fit and how i feel, ykwim?

Kathy, all of my weight loss was at the beginning as well. I ended at 165. That puts me at a 7 pound weight loss for this thread. 15 pounds total.
I am stuck at 165. I hope to get down under the 160 by the end of March. 5 pounds in 5 weeks? That sounds great. I can do this!!!

elizawill I can tell my body is changing too. Even in the last 2-3 weeks when I have jumped back and forth between 163 and 165. It is like my fat shifted, lol. It is still there but it moved.

Hi all,
OP here : )
So glad to see so many success stories in time for V Day
I lost 3 lbs, gained back one during my period and have not done my official V Day weigh in yet (let's just say that last week was an incredible stressful week so I've allowed myself to get through the weekend).
Tomorrow is my official weigh-in and if I've kept off my 3 lbs, I am happy
