So Glenn utterly refuses to do ANY belly time and has from the get go! The only thing close to belly time he likes is belly to belly with me or Dh! He will scream any other way that we try belly time laying across my legs or to look in the little floor mirror thingy we bought. does anyone elses baby hate belly time. I also am worried that this will impair arm strength even though he does push up on his arms while on our bellies.

Annabelle doesn't like straight up belly time, either.
She snorts and grunts and fusses. She likes to be on her belly on my chest, but that's it. fwiw, she has excellent head control and strong arms and legs. She's not left on her back for long periods throughout the day, and she sleeps on her side. I'm not overly worried about her lack of "tummy time" at this point.

My duo hated tummy time too - screamed and rubbed their faces into the floor so I just picked them up. Ironically, the one who hated it the most rolled over first. They are now 4mths and in the last month have mastered barrel rolling and love holding their heads up high on their tummies! So don't despair!!
I held them lots in my cuddlywrap and they got strong necks that way - like Amy mentions with the sling!

Mine was throwing a fit when put down on his belly, sometimes he would tolerate 1 or 2 minutes, if mommy and daddy entertained him very actively during this time. So we didn't really insist on it.
I just noticed two days ago, that he now spents up to 5min on his tummy before complaining. Instead the car seat turned into the most hated thing ever. Any suggestion in how to keep him happy during car rides?

My dd doesn't like it either. She actually hates it so much she rolls over onto her back to keep from having belly time(since birth).
