...well not really, yet at least. This time of years our dogs always seem to get ticks! It gets so bad we end up getting them in our house and having several daily tick pickings for the dogs (meaning multiple times a day dh and I sit down and feel all over them for ticks) We have 2 cooker spaniels and they are both on a flea and tick preventive, which we are religous about re-applying. The year before last the ticks infested our apt. it got so bad. Last year I had to spray this horrible toxic stuff once a week and vacuum/empty the vacuum daily. What do YOU do for ticks? Are they a problem where you live? We are in a house now and I am terrified we'll get infested again. My parents house was infested a few years back and they STILL have problems. Gag.
I have a montly pest control service and I will be mentioning this to him, but I want to take all possible precautions when it comes to keeping the ticks away.
