my forays into TF

I am SLOWLY beginning to eat more TF, and I just wanted to share my success stories.

I soak my oatmeal in whey and water every night
I take 1 t. CLO everyday
I made cream cheese and whey from whole milk yogurt
I made peanut butter-coconut oil-raw honey balls, rolled in cocoa powder
I just made my first soaked flour recipe! Irish Soda Bread, yum!
Just started my first batch of beef broth
Oh yeah: forgot: I cooked chicken liver the other day, following the recipe guidlines in NT. I am actually able to eat little bits of it. Don't think I could make it a meal yet, but I'm kind of impressed with myself, lol

My biggest struggle has been convincing myself that fat is good for me, and not actually going to make me fat, and so the fact that I now eat whole milk yogurt, and goat cheese, and raw butter is a major step for me!

Sounds good! You are on the right track! Keep up the good work, and you will realize that fat in stuff tastes so good, you will never want to go back.

If it helps, 70-80% of my calories come from fat and I've lost my pregnancy weight plus 25 lbs. in 7 months
