OK this is really cool, I'm printing mine, and I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what any of it means but that's ok!! I can learn lol

I just hope I did it 'right' on the site.

Can someone on this thread do a transiting chart for my brother? Willing to pay. His whole world is coming crashing down.

I have software on this computer, and I wouldn't mind looking it up for your brother. I can't cut and paste from the reports, but I can certainly take a look and let you know what is going on wrt transits. Do you know his birth time?

Hi, all, btw. I am not really a beginner, per se, but I certainly have lots to learn on the subject and am excited to follow this thread.

Why are the houses in different signs? For example, my north node is in my sixth house but also in leo.

any insight?
I'm still learning myself, so I'm no expert on reading, but I do want to say that our charts look very similar, and I have most of the planets half of the houses, just like you do. It looks strange to see so many empty houses when I compare to other people's charts!

There are houses and there are signs. Houses are numbered 1-12. They start in different signs for different people. For example, my 1st house is in Virgo. Your 1st house is probably in Pisces. So... the fact that the planet is in a certain # House means something, and then the fact that the planet is in certain Zodiac Sign means something, those meanings can compound, contradict, or balance each other out. At least that's how I'm understanding it.

I'm only looking right now at houses and planets, but once I get a hang of it, I will try to start looking at both: houses AND zodiac signs.
