Okay, I am at my wits end! We co-sleep and are still nursing, and my LO is still getting up all night! I am never sleeping, and she is cranky all day. Right now she is screaming, and has been since 9am. She has never slept through the night, and last night she was up 5-6 times. She can never get herslef back to sleep and I end up letting her nurse to fall back asleep. I thought this would pass...but it does not seem to be getting any better. She screams all day long, it is like she cant soothe herself at all! She screams in the moring, when I put her down, when I get her dressed, when I do the dishes, when I changer her diaper...you get the picture. Is it normal that she cries this much? I feel like she is a high needs as a newborn. I dont mind co-sleeping if there is actual sleep involved. What am I supposed to do? How do I start teaching her to fall back asleep at night without nursing? Someone please tell me where to start?

my 16.5 mo still wakes very frequently at night, and nursing laying down is the easiest way to get him back to sleep and the way I get the most rest.
