Here are the criteria:
*We prefer shows on DVD (we don't have cable and only get one network channel, and its fuzzy!)
*DH is an english language learner, so the show either has to be fairly easy to follow or have spanish dubbing or subtitles available on DVD)
*He doesn't like most typical American sit-coms, either because they are mostly inane or because he doesn't understand the jokes well enough to think they are funny
*Here are other shows he likes:
-CSI-Las Vegas (for some reason he can't get into the other CSIs)
-Heroes
-Lost
-Always Sunny in Philadelphia
-True Blood
-The Tudors (but I think its not really the story grabbing his attention here!)
-Weeds
We tried Dexter and couldn't get into it. We watched 2 or 3 episodes.
Does anyone watch 24? how is that?
Thanks!
